Shipping, step by step

Orders confirmed on a business day are picked and packed in Green Bay, Wisconsin within 1 business day. Carriers are USPS and UPS depending on your address, with transit of 3 to 5 business days across the contiguous U.S. and slightly longer for Alaska, Hawaii, and territories. Shipping is free on 3- and 6-bottle packs and a flat $9.99 on the 2-bottle pack.

Your tracking number is emailed when the label prints. If tracking stalls for more than 3 business days, tell us; we chase the carrier so you do not have to, and if a box is truly lost we reship it at our cost.

Returns and the 60-day window

1. Email us first. Send your order number to [email protected] within 60 days of delivery and tell us you want the refund.
2. Mail the bottles back. We reply with the return address. Empty bottles count; return postage is yours.
3. Get your money. We process the purchase-price refund within 2 business days of the return arriving; banks post it in 5 to 7. Full terms live in the refund policy.
