The short version

This website has no user accounts, sets no advertising trackers, and stores almost nothing. We collect what a store needs to ship boxes and answer email, and we sell none of it, ever.

What we collect

When you order, our payment processor collects your name, shipping address, email, and card details; we receive everything except the card number, which we never see or store. When you email support, we keep the thread so a human can follow the history. The site itself keeps one piece of local data: a session flag that remembers layout preferences on your own device, which never leaves your browser.

How we use it

Order data ships your order, sends tracking, and lets us honor the 60-day guarantee. Support threads answer your questions. Aggregate, name-free order counts help us plan inventory. That is the complete list.

Who we share with

Carriers get your address to deliver. The payment processor handles your card under its own PCI obligations. Authorities get data only when the law compels it. No marketers, no data brokers, no exceptions.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you; deletion requests are honored within 30 days except records tax law obliges us to keep. We answer privacy questions at the same address, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central.
