What third-party testing means here
Third-party means the lab does not work for us. Samples from each production run go to an independent laboratory that verifies four things: the actives are what the label says (identity), in the strength intended (potency), and the batch is clean of heavy metals and microbial contamination. A run that misses on any point does not ship, and there is no appeal process where marketing outvotes chemistry.
You will notice what we do not publish: lab names, batch certificates, purity percentages. Those documents exist and regulators can see them, but we are a store, not a laboratory theater. Our promise to you is simpler and enforceable: every bottle you order passed release testing, and if anything about yours seems off, the 60-day window means the risk is ours.
From kettle to sealed bottle
A run starts with verified raw ingredients, moves through blending and pectin setting, and ends with gummies counted into bottles, induction-sealed, lot-stamped, and boxed for our Green Bay warehouse. Bottles wait in climate-controlled storage, not a hot trailer, until your order pulls one off the shelf. That chain staying short and domestic is the whole reason we sell direct instead of through marketplaces.
